View Solidus Real Time Queue Statistics

Login to BluStar (Start > All Programs > Solidus eCare > BluStar Agent) and type in your Login ID and password then click the 'Display real-time' button highlighted below

To choose what groups you'd like to view click the 'Select Groups'

Highlight which group(s) you would like to view from the Available column to the left and press the right arrow to move them to the Selected column

Your selected groups will now show, the green arrow below states the total amount of calls in that group waiting on a call and the red arrow states the current longest wait time for that group.
