Glow Super Admin Users - To reduce the amount of recurring password resets, ensure that colleagues set a recovery email address once they have had their password reset. The 'Forgot Password' option does not work without this.
To set a recovery email:
- Log in to Glow: https://glow.rmunify.com/
- Click on your name at the top right of the screen
- Click My Profile
- Click Password Recovery
- Type in the email address
- Click Save
An email with a verification link will be sent to the email address. If you don't see it in your mailbox, check your Junk Mail.
