Welcome to the ICT Solutions Service Desk.
Please note you do not need to Register to use this service.  However, if you would like the option to track the progress of your Ticket you will need to Register.
If you have already registered, please Login and Submit a Ticket
You will receive an automatically generated Ticket Number and have the ability to track your request and communicate direct with the person dealing with your Ticket from creation to resolution. Once resolved you will be issued a Customer Satisfaction Survey to allow you to assess the level of service and provide comments on the way we handled your Ticket.
Our aim is to provide an efficient and professional experience for our customers.  We welcome your Feedback (Suggestions & Complaints) to help us achieve this.
